Bu çalışmada, metal boratlı ve bor fosfat bileşiklerinin mikrodalga enerji yöntemiyle sentezlenmesine çalışılmıştır. Borca zengin, boratlı ve fosfatlı bileşiklerin sentezlenmesinde son yıllarda katı-hal tekniği olarak, kimyasal tepkimelerin hızlı ve kısa sürede gerçekleşmesi sebebiyle, mikrodalga enerji yönteminin önemi, malzeme bilimleri çalışmalarında, araştırmacıların dikkatini çekmiştir. Mikrodalga enerji kullanılarak elde edilen bileşikler, 750 wattlık güçte, 2.45 GHz 'lik frekansa sahip elektromanyetik dalgayla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, ilk kez mikrodalga enerji yöntemi kullanılarak NaPb4(PO4)3-PbB2O4 bileşikleri ikili faz olarak, Mo0.1B1.8O3 bileşiği ise saf olarak elde edilmiştir. Daha önce literatürde elde edilmiş olan BPO4 bileşiğinin saflığı ve kristallenme oranı arttırılarak sentezlenmiştir

Abstract:

In this study, metals and bor phosphate compounds were synthesized by the method of microwave energy. The importance of the microwave energy method, due to the rapid and short occurrence of chemical reactions, as a solid-hal technique in the synthesis of borca rich, boracous and phosphate compounds in recent years, has attracted the attention of researchers in the material science studies. The compounds obtained using microwave energy are performed by electromagnetic waves with a frequency of 2.45 GHz at a power of 750 watt. In this study, for the first time using the microwave energy method, NaPb4(PO4)3-PbB2O4 compounds were obtained as a two-phase, while the Mo0.1B1.8O3 compound was obtained purely. It is synthesized by increasing the purity and crystallization rate of the BPO4 compound previously obtained in literature.
