Abstract:

Throughout history, human has continued his life as a being in need of shelter and has gone to meet his need for shelter by resorting to various ways. This process, which started with tree hollows and caves, continues its progress as extremely luxurious structures today. Today, the need for shelter has moved from structural concerns to financial concerns. The desire to own a house has taken the first place in people's lives. People living between unlimited needs and limited income sources have resorted to various ways and developed some systems in order to own a house. The first of these is bank loans. However, Muslims, who are sensitive to interest and aim to live a life in accordance with Allah's orders, have tried to create some structures where there is no interest against this system. Participation banks come first among them. However, due to the fact that there are many studies on participation banks, housing financing methods of participation banks are not included in this study. In the study, taking into account the economic bottleneck that Turkey has been in lately, the savings-based interest-free financing system, which was developed as a result of the Housing Project and the search for solutions due to the interest sensitivity of the Housing Development Administration, was organized by the government to give importance to people to relax a little in this inflationary environment. has been subjected to a jurisprudential evaluation.
