Abstract:

The main objective of this research is to determine the level of awareness of information security of teachers working in the schools implemented by the FATİH Project in Turkey. The research designed in the screening model in accordance with this basic purpose was carried out with the participation of 1355 teachers who represent the universe of Turkey in the official schools implemented by the FATİH Project associated with the Ministry of Education in Turkey. The information security awareness scale for teachers and the data collected through the personal information form prepared by the researcher, as well as the visual statistics on the data, as well as the differences observed between the groups compared, were statistically manicure. The findings from the study have found that the knowledge security awareness of teachers varies according to the conditions of implementation of the FATİH Project in the schools where they work and that the knowledge security awareness of teachers in the implemented schools is higher than the other. On the other hand, teachers’ information security awareness is higher in the teachers of information technology, while men’s information security awareness is higher in the teachers of information technology. The age of the teachers is the age of the information security awareness, and the age of the information security awareness is the age of the information security awareness. In the assessment of teachers according to the types of schools in which they work, it is determined that teachers in the high school have a higher awareness of information security than others. When the teachers were assessed according to their previous education in the field of information security, the teachers who were previously trained were higher than the others.

Bu araştırmanın temel amacı; Türkiye’de FATİH Projesi uygulanan okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin bilgi güvenliği farkındalık düzeylerinin belirlenmesidir. Bu temel amaç doğrultusunda tarama modelinde tasarlanan araştırma, Türkiye’de Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı FATİH Projesi uygulanan resmi okullarda görevli Türkiye evrenini temsil eden 1355 öğretmenin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Öğretmenlere yönelik bilgi güvenliği farkındalığı ölçeği ile araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan kişisel bilgi formu aracılığıyla toplanan veriler üzerinde betimsel istatistiklerin yanı sıra karşılaştırması yapılan gruplar arasında gözlenen farkların istatistiksel olarak manidar olup olmadıklarına bakılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar, öğretmenlerin bilgi güvenliği farkındalıklarının çalıştıkları okulların FATİH Projesi uygulanma durumlarına göre farklılık gösterdiğini ve uygulanan okullarda görevli öğretmenlerin diğerlerine göre bilgi güvenliği farkındalıklarının daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Diğer taraftan öğretmenlerin bilgi güvenliği farkındalıklarının cinsiyet yönünden ele alındığında erkek öğretmenlerde ve branşlar yönünden ele alındığında ise bilişim teknolojisi öğretmenlerinde daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Öğretmenlerin yaşlarına göre bilgi güvenliği farkındalıkları incelendiğinde ise yaş arttıkça bilgi güvenliği farkındalığında düşüşün olduğu görülmüştür. Öğretmenlerin görev yaptıkları okul türlerine göre yapılan değerlendirmede ise özellikle ortaokullarda görevli öğretmenlerin diğerlerine göre daha yüksek bilgi güvenliği farkındalığına sahip oldukları belirlenmiştir. Öğretmenlerin daha önce bilgi güvenliği kapsamında eğitim almalarına göre farkındalıkları değerlendirildiğinde ise daha önce eğitim alan öğretmenlerin diğerlerine göre daha yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
