Bu çalışmada psikolojik sağlamlık psiko-eğitim programının tek ebeveyn annelerin psikolojik sağlamlık, yaşam doyumu ve umut düzeylerine etkisinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın deney ve kontrol gurubu Trabzon ilinde yaşayan 32 tek ebeveyn anneden (Ẋ= 41.53, SS=5.41) oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak kişisel bilgi formu, Kısa Psikolojik Sağlamlık Ölçeği (KPSÖ), Yetişkin Yaşam Doyumu Ölçeği (YYDÖ) ve Sürekli Umut Ölçeği (SUÖ) kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırmada ön test-son test kontrol gruplu desen uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin analizinde bağımsız gruplar t testi, iki faktörlü varyans analizi gibi istatistiksel analizlerden yararlanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları psikolojik sağlamlık psiko-eğitim programının tek ebeveyn annelerin psikolojik sağlamlık, yaşam doyumu ve umut düzeylerinin yükselmesinde anlamlı etkisinin olduğunu göstermektedir. Ayrıca sonuçlar, psikolojik sağlamlık psiko-eğitim programına katılan tek ebeveyn annelerin psikolojik sağlamlık, yaşam doyumu ve umut düzeyi son test puan ortalamalarının, psikolojik sağlamlık psiko-eğitim programına katılmayan tek ebeveyn annelerin psikolojik sağlamlık, yaşam doyumu ve umut düzeyi son test puan ortalamalarından daha yüksek olduğu yönündedir.
This study aimed to investigate the effects of resilience psychoeducation program on single-parent mothers’ resilience, life satisfaction and hope. The experimental and control group of the research consists of 32 single-parent mothers (Ẋ=41.53, SD=5.41) living in Trabzon province. Personal information form, Brief Psychological Resilience Scale, Adult Life Satisfaction Scale, and Continuous Hope Scale were used as data collection tools in the study. In this study, pretest-posttest control group design was applied. Analysis of the obtained data used statistical analyses such as the independent groups t-test and two-factor analysis of variance. The results obtained in the research showed that the resilience psychoeducation program had a significant effect on resilience, life satisfaction and hope in single-parent mothers. In addiction the mean posttest test points for resilience, life satisfaction and hope level obtained by single-parent mothers in the resilience psychoeducation program were higher than the mean posttest test points for resilience, life satisfaction and hope obtained by single-parent mothers who did not participate in the resilience psychoeducation program.
