Purpose: In this study, our aim is putting forward of perspectives to medical education and training course of faculty members who join Training of Trainers Course. Method: Research is study which is cross-sectional and descriptive. The project team has been established for the project which had been prepared for implementation of the education program that is one from targets in Düzce Medicine Faculty Strategic Plan and the planning project which is did with an educational from Medical Education Department. This project is 2 phase. In 1st phase: Training of Trainers Course was given. In 2nd phase: curriculum map was created, strategic targets were evaluated and Coaching Education was given along 10 days. Results: 46 Instructors who filled survey forms (12 (26.1%) professors, 11 (23.9%) associate professors and 23 (50%) assistant professors) from total 98 instructors who join Training of Trainers Course were included to study. 37 faculty members were male and 9 faculty members were female. The mean age and length of academic service, respectively, in professors: 50.4±6.7 year and 15.8±9.4 year, in associate professors: 42.4±2.9 year and 8.8±1.6 year and in assistant professors: 34.5±8.2 year and 3.3±2 year (p<0.0001 and p<0.0001). All of 19 instructors who fill survey forms after course from instructors emphasized that this course is helpful (p=0.001). Educational content was generally good according to participants, only two instructors (%4.3) expressed that educational content was poor (p=0.001). Conclusion: Satisfaction of faculty members from Training of Trainers and they are willing to continue trainings were observed. Again, in the continuation of the course, there are thought that giving curriculum and coaching education and to continue similar education will be helpful in academic processes to a wide group that will be selected from faculty members who took education
