Abstract:

Walter Benjamin (1892-1940)'s importance in the philosophy, literature and especially the aesthetic field increased in the second half of the 20th century. The main problem of their works is the subject of the art’s acquisition of new forms and functions, along with the solving of the tradition, and how it should be addressed. In his works, he studied the relationship between the dissolution of common values in society and the development of algorithm in modern art. In short, the acquisition of new forms and functions of art, along with the dissolution of the tradition, was the main subject of Benjamin's works. Politically, the liberation was increasingly identified with the socialist revolution. In the Last Look, Love is made up of Benjamin’s experiments, especially in literature. It consists of Benjamin's seven experiments in different periods, which he wrote on different topics, in his different works, and the presentation of Nurdan Gürbilek.

Benjamin was an eclectic thinker, combining elements of Western Marxism, and Jewish mysticism. Benjamin made influential contributions to aesthetic theory, literary criticism, and historical materialism. His this work as a literary critic included essays on Charles Baudelaire, Nikolay Leskov, Marcel Proust, Berthold Brecht and so on.
