“Bir Karış Fazla Şimendifer” Elazığ- Muş Demiryolu’nun Yapım Süreci

Унаследованная от Османской империи такая значимая структура, как железные дороги вновь вошла в поле зрения нового государства с развитием философии строения страны. В это время, с одной стороны шло активное строительство необходимых для экономических и военных нужд новых путей, с другой - шла приватизация государством построенных прежним способом и все еще эксплуатируемых старых путей сообщения. Во времена Республики политика по железным дорогам была определена в соответствии с реалиям времени и такими национальными потребностями, как развитие и защита страны. Одним из базовых направлений данной политики было обеспечение сообщения с приграничными территориями. В связи с этим, первой дорогой, представленной на рассмотрение, был расположенный к востоку от Анкары путь Анкара-Сивас. По этому пути была сделана попытка добраться до Эрзурума, далее по пути Ирмак-Фильос до области Карадениз, из Мерсина через Февзи-паша в Ирак и Диярбекир. Еще одной важной дорогой, которая доходила бы вплоть до Ирана, был бы путь Февзи-паша-Элазыг-Муш. Запланированная железная дорога должна была следовать из Элазыга к Палу-Генч и Муш, а оттуда дальше на восток. Из-за возникших проблем при строительстве, путь Элазыг-Муш был открыт для эксплуатации только в 1955 году. В данной статье рассматривается процесс строительства железной дороги Элазыг-Муш с испльзованием архивных документов.

The railways, one of the important institutions taken over from the Ottoman Empire, was re-evaluated in line with the philosophy of the establishment of the new state. During this period, on the one hand, the country’s military and economic needs in terms of new railways are being built rapidly, on the other hand, the old methods established and operated railways have been nationalized.The railway policy pursued during the Republican Era was determined based on the realities of the country and according to the national needs such as the development and defense of the country. One of the main objectives of the railway policy, which was determined according to the realities of the country in the Republican Era, was to reach the borders. The first railway to be addressed in this context was the Ankara-Sivas railway to the east of Ankara. It was tried to reach Erzurum via this line, then to the Black Sea via Irmak-Filyos line, and to Iraq and Diyarbakır via Fevzi Pasha from Mersin. One of the important lines discussed in this period was the Fevzi Pasha-Elazığ-Mush line extending towards Iran. The railway to be made, from Rush, Rush and Rush direction to follow the direction to the east. The Elazig-Mush Railway could only be put into operation in October 1955 due to the difficulties in the construction of the Elazig-Mush Line. This article deals with the construction process of The Race and has been put forward based on archival documents by using historical method.
