Küreselleşmenin getirdiği değişim ve dönüşüm rüzgârları iş dünyasının her alanını etkilediği gibi eğitim sistemini de etkilemiştir. Siyasal, sosyal, kültürel sahalardaki çelişkilerin, tersliklerin, ani değişimlerin hız kesmeden devam ettiği enformasyon devrinde, eğitim de, yapı ve işlevsellik yönünden, küreselleşmenin getirdiği değişim ve dönüşüm rüzgârlarından etkilenen bir sistem olma özelliği taşımaktadır. Günümüzde eğitim sisteminden arzu edilen, bir taraftan teknolojik değişimlere ayak uydururken bir taraftan da küreselleşmenin meydana getirdiği sosyal meselelere çözüm üreten bir sistem olarak görevini yerine getirmesidir. Kişileri ahlaki, sosyal, psikolojik ve ruhsal olarak topluma kazandırma amacı olan eğitim ve öğretim hizmetlerinde iş etiğinin benimsenmesi önem arz etmektedir. Bu düşünceden hareketle bu araştırma ile, lise öğretmenlerinin iş etiği algısının yüksek olmasının iş tatminini artıracağı hipotezinin kanıtlaması ve buna bağlı olarak lise öğretmenlerinin iş etiği algısının iş tatmini açısından önemi vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu düşünceden hareketle bu araştırma ile, lise öğretmenlerinin iş etiği algısının yüksek olmasının iş tatminini artıracağı hipotezinin kanıtlaması ve buna bağlı olarak lise öğretmenlerinin iş etiği algısının iş tatmini açısından önemi vurgulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmen algılarına göre iş etiği ile iş tatmini arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektir. Araştırmada ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini İstanbul ilinin Pendik ilçesindeki liselerde görev yapmakta olan 403 öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada İş Etiği Algısı Ölçeği ve İş Tatmini Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, aritmetik ortalama, standart sapma ve korelasyon analizi ile çözümlenmiştir. Bulgulara göre öğretmenlerin iş etiği algılarının yüksek, iş tatmini algılarının ise orta düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca iki değişken arasında pozitif yönlü anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmıştır.

The winds of change and transformation brought by globalization have influenced the education system, as it affects all areas of the business world. In the information era in which contradictions, disturbances, sudden changes in political, social, cultural spaces continue without a breakthrough, education also has the characteristic of being a system affected by the winds of change and transformation brought by globalization, in terms of structure and functionality. Today, what is desired from the educational system is to fulfill its task as a system that produces solutions to social issues arising from globalization, on the one hand, in line with technological changes. The adoption of business ethics in educational and educational services, which are intended to provide people to the society in a moral, social, psychological and spiritual way, is important. With this thought, this research has been attempted to emphasize the importance of high school teachers' business ethics perception in terms of job satisfaction, and therefore high school teachers' business ethics perception in terms of job satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to study the relationship between work ethics and work satisfaction according to the teacher's perceptions. Relational scan model was used in the research. The examples of the study are made up of 403 teachers who are working in high schools in the Pendik district of Istanbul. The study used the measurement of business ethics perception and the measurement of work satisfaction. The research data was analyzed by arithmetic average, standard deviation and correlation analysis. The findings have found that teachers’ business ethics perceptions are high, while the work satisfaction perceptions are medium. There is also a positive relationship between the two variables.

The changes and transformations brought by globalization have affected all areas of the business world as well as the education system In the information era where contradictions, reversals and sudden changes in political, social and cultural fields continue without slowing down, education has the feature of being a system affected by the change and transformation winds brought about by globalization in terms of structure and frostiness. Today, what is desired from the education system is that produces solutions to the social problems caused by globalization while keeping up with technological changes. It is important to adopt business ethics in education services which aim to bring people to society as moral, social, psychological and spiritual. Based on this idea the study was aimed to emphasize the importance of high school teachers 'perception of Business Ethics in terms of business satisfaction and to prove the hypothesis that high school teachers' perception of business ethics will increase their satisfaction. The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between work ethics and job satisfaction according to teachers' perceptions. Relational survey model was used in the research. The sample of the study consists of 403 teachers working in high schools in Pendik district of Istanbul. Work Ethics Perception Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale were used in the study. The research data were analyzed by arithmetic mean, standard deviation and correlation analysis. According to the findings, it was determined that teachers' perceptions of work ethics were high, and their job satisfaction perceptions were medium. In addition, a positive significant relationship was found between the two variables.
