Boyama işlemi elimine edildiğinden, doğal renkli pamuk lifi ile ekolojik ve daha ucuz tekstil ürünleri elde edilir. Angora lifi de parlaklığı, beyaz rengi, yumuşak tutumu ve ısı tutuculuğu ile özel bir hayvansal liftir. İkisinin beraber kullanılması ile sıcak tutan, sağlığa ve çevreye olumlu etkileri olan ürünler elde edilebileceği düşünülmektedir. Bu çalışmada, doğal renkli pamuk lifi ile Angora tavşanı lifi farklı oranlarda karıştırılarak iplikler üretilmiş ve bu ipliklerden çift yüzlü örme kumaşlar elde edilmiştir. Angora lifinin tene doğrudan teması rahatsızlık yaratabileceği için, bir yüzü %100 renkli pamuk, diğer yüzü renkli pamuk – Angora karışımı ipliklerden örülen kumaşların tene değecek yüzünün %100 doğal renkli pamuk olması tasarlanmıştır. Karşılaştırma amacıyla, iki yüzü de %100 renkli pamuktan çift katlı kontrol numunesi de üretilmiştir. Üretilen kumaşların ısıl konfor özellikleri ölçülmüş; farklı yüzlerin iç veya dış katman olarak kullanılmasının ve değişik Angora oranının bu özelliklere etkisi incelenmiştir. Sonuçlar, Angora lifi içeren katmanın iç yüzde kullanılması durumunda giysinin daha sıcak his yarattığını ve iplik yapısında Angora oranı artışının daha yüksek ısıl izolasyona ancak daha düşük su buharı geçirgenliğine neden olduğunu göstermiştir

Since the coloring process is eliminated, ecological and cheaper textile products are obtained with natural colored cotton fiber. Angora fiber is also a special animal fiber with its brightness, white color, soft attitude and heat retention. It is believed that with the combination of both products that keep warm, positive effects on health and the environment can be achieved. In this study, natural colored cotton fiber and Angora rabbit fiber were produced by mixing lines in different proportions, and from these lines were obtained double-faced fitting tissues. Since Angora fiber can cause discomfort in direct contact with the thin, one face is 100% colored cotton, the other face is 100% colored cotton - Angora mixture is designed to be 100% natural colored cotton. For the purpose of comparison, the two faces were also produced a double-layer control sample of 100% colored cotton. The thermal comfort characteristics of the produced fabric have been measured; the use of different faces as internal or external layers and the impact of different Angora proportions on these characteristics have been studied. The results showed that the clothes create a warmer feeling in case of internal percentage of the layer containing Angora fiber, and the increase in the Angora percentage in the wire structure causes higher heat insulation but lower water steam passivity.
