Bu araştırmanın amacı, 2019-2020 yılında akademik personel istihdam için verilen ilanların incelenmesidir. Araştırma doküman incelemesi yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu kapsamda, 112 üniversite tarafından verilen akademik ilanlar unvan ve bölüm bazında, vakıf ve kamu üniversitelerindeki hareketlilik açısından sınıflandırılmıştır. Verilen ilanlardaki özel şartlar sayı ve yüzde olarak tanımlanmıştır. Çalışma kapsamında 2 yıllık sürede 604 kamu, 398 vakıf üniversitesinde 1002 adet ilan verilmiştir. İlanların 833’ü öğretim üyesi, 169’u öğretim elemanı unvanlarına yöneliktir. Araştırmada akademik personelin istihdamında insan kaynakları yönetimi planlaması ve stratejilerine dair bilgilere ulaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Tanımlayıcı bilgilerin sınıflandığı bu araştırmada elde edilen veriler ışığında üniversitelerin insan kaynakları yönetimi planlamasına yönelik net bir yaklaşım sergilediğinden söz edebilmek güçleşmektedir.
The aim of this research is to examine the announcements for academic staff employment in 2019-2020. The research was carried out by the method of document examination. In this context, the academic announcements issued by 112 universities are classified on the basis of title and department, in terms of mobility in the foundation and public universities. The specific conditions in the given announcements are defined as number and percentage. In the course of 2 years, 604 public and 398 foundation universities have 1002 ads. 833 of the announcements are addressed to the titles of teachers, and 169 are addressed to the titles of teachers. The research has been aimed at getting information about human resource management planning and strategies in the employment of academic staff. In the light of the data obtained in this study in which identifying information is classified, it becomes difficult to say that universities show a clear approach to human resource management planning.

In this context, academic advertisements given by 112 universities are classified on the basis of title and department, in terms of mobility in foundation and public universities. Special conditions in the given advertisements are defined as numbers and percentages. Within the scope of the study, 1002 advertisements were given in 604 public and 398 foundation universities in 2 years. 833 of the advertisements are for PhD lecturer titles and 169 for research assistant and lecturer titles. In the research, it has been tried to reach information about human resources management planning and strategies in the employment of academic staff. Based on the data obtained in this study, in which descriptive information is classified, it is difficult to say that universities have a clear approach to human resource management planning.
