The mechanical resistance of the transformator to the excess voltage and flow that occurs in an unexpected moment in the transformator's shells can be predicted, it is very important for transformator manufacturers in the design process and for users in the post-production process. The factors that cause these high voltage and flows are flashing and short circuit failure flows. High voltage blast shock is a very important phenomenon for electric power systems. Therefore, the correct performance of the flashing impact analysis is extremely important in power systems. In the event of sudden rays crashes, it is necessary to identify the parts exposed to excess voltage during the design process to ensure the mechanical resistance of the transformers. This study analyzed the distribution of the transformator modeled in the Maxwell environment, the distribution of the electric field in the lightning shock case, the excess flows occurring in the transformator's shells, the difficulties occurring in the transformator's insulation material, and the distribution of the electric field-stress in the shells. For this purpose, the solution based on the Final Elements Method (SEY) and the ANSYS@Maxwell software program, using the transformator's 2D model, were conducted electrical field analysis. Here, the analysis of the situation of a blast shock was performed in both the normal work course of the traphon. Through this, the distribution of electrical field-release in the slopes, the areas where the mechanical resistance is low, has been identified. Critical areas that may cause deterioration in the insulation materials between primary and secondary slices have been identified. The results are compared with theoretical and experimental results.
