Geçmiş yüzyıllardan günümüze ustasının anlatım diliyle biçimlenerek belirgin bir kimlik ortaya koyan geleneksel motiflerimiz özgün desenleri, şekilleri ve renkleri ile Türk kültürü içinde köklü bir geçmişe sahip olagelmiştir. Bu motiflerin en göz alıcı ve dikkate değerlerinden biri Çintemani motifidir. İlk kullanımı Uygur Türklerine kadar tarihlendirilen Çintemani motifi günümüzde tekstil, halı, çini, seramik, tezhip, ahşap ve sedef işlemeciliği gibi sanatlarda hala yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Tarihte farklı medeniyetlerde çeşitli inançlarda sembol ve dekor amacıyla farklı şekil ve kompozisyonlarda kullanılmış olan motif Uygur Türkleri’nin kullanımından sonra Uzakdoğu‘da kutsal bir hale gelmiş ve daha sonra Osmanlı süsleme sanatında da çoklukla kullanılmıştır. Bereket, koruyuculuk, güç gibi kavramları temsil eden ve görsel olarak üçgen şeklini hatırlatan Çintemani motifi ikisi altta biri üstte üç yuvarlak ve iki dalgalı çizgiden meydana gelmektedir. Üç yuvarlak, pars postundaki beneklere, iki dalgalı çizgi ise kaplan postuna benzetildiğinden Osmanlı döneminde padişah ve şehzade kaftanlarında sıkça kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırma da Çintemani motifinin tarihi, kültürel ve sosyal anlam boyutu irdelenerek, motifin seramik sanatına nasıl yansıdığı örneklerle anlatılacaktır.
From the past centuries to the present day, our traditional motives, which have been formed by the master's narrative language and showed a clear identity; their original patterns, shapes and colors have a rooted history in the Turkish culture. One of the most prominent and prominent values of these motives is the Chinese motives. Its first use dates back to the Uyghur Turks; today it is still widely used in the arts such as textile, carpet, chin, ceramics, thesis, wood and seafood processing. The motif, which has been used in different forms and compositions for symbolic and decorative purposes in different civilizations in history; after the use of the Uyghur Turks, it has become sacred in the Far East and has later been widely used in the Ottoman decoration art. The Chinese motivation represents concepts such as prosperity, conservation, power and visually reminds the form of a triangle; the two are made up of three round and two wave lines on the bottom one on the top. Three round, the benches in the pars post, and the two wave lines are similar to the tiger post, were frequently used in the Ottoman period in the padişah and city captains. This study will also be described by examples of how the Chinese motivation reflects the historical, cultural and social significance of the Chinese motivation.
Our traditional motifs,which have been shaped with the expression language of the master from the past centuries to the present,have a deep-rooted past in Turkısh culture with their unique patterns,shapes and colors.One of the most striking and remarkable values of these motifs is the Çintemani motive. The Çintemani motive,whose first useis dated back to the Uyghur Turks, continues to be used in arts such as textile,carpet,ceramic, tile,gilding,wood and mother-of-pearl embroidery. The motive, which has been used in different forms and compositions in different civilizations for symbolic and decorative purposes in history, has become a sacred place in the far east after the use of Uygur Turks,and was later used in Ottoman art. Çintemani motive, which repsesents concepts such as abundance, protection,and pover and visually reminds of ıts triangular shape,consists of three circular and two wavy lines,two at the bottom an done at the top. In this research, the historical, cultural and social meaning dimension of the Çintemani motive will be examined and how the Çintemani motive has reflected on the ceramic art will be explained with examples.
