Abstract:

This research was carried out with the aim of examining the reasons why managers in the state’s secondary education institutions prefer the management staff and their views on the choice of managers. This research is established in the research model and is in the visual analysis model. For the purpose of collecting data, the survey and semi-configured interview form were used. The survey form 2019-2020 educational year was adopted by applying views and opinions to 74 of the 80 administrators who work in the middle education institutions in the center of the Rize province. The work is carried out through the universe. The interview was conducted with 18 managers who were pulled out of the universe by a simple, unselected sample method. According to the findings of the study, in the choice of managers of managing staff, the desire to improve the quality of education, the desire to create a democratic school culture, the desire to learn and self-develop, the strength of communication skills, the experience of management, the possession of leadership qualities have been more frequently emphasized.
