Bireylerin erken yaşlardan itibaren sosyalleşmesini sağlayan sosyal bilgiler dersi girişimcilik ve eleştirel düşünme becerilerini kazandırabilmede etkili bir derstir. Bu kapsamda gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın amacı sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliği bölümü öğrencilerinin bireysel girişim algıları ile eleştirel düşünme standartları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Niğde Ömer Halisdemir Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesinde 2018-2019 eğitim-öğretim yılında öğrenim gören toplam 272 sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliği bölümü öğrencileri araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmacıların hazırlamış olduğu kişisel bilgi formu, Aybek, Aslan, Dinçer ve Coşkun Arısoy (2015) tarafından geliştirilen “Eleştirel Düşünme Standartları Ölçeği” ile Yalçın İncik ve Uzun (2017) tarafından geliştirilen “Bireysel Girişimcilik Algı Ölçeği” ile veri toplama araçları olarak kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilerin, istatistiksel çözümlemeleri IBM SPSS 24.0 programı kullanılarak yapılmış ve araştırmada anlamlılık düzeyi [p<.05] olarak kabul edilmiştir. Sosyal bilgiler öğretmenliği bölümü öğrencilerinin eleştirel düşünme standartları ile bireysel girişimcilik algıları arasında pozitif yönde orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Eleştirel düşünme standartları değişkenler açısından incelendiğinde ise cinsiyet, sınıf, mezun olunan lise türü, değişkenlerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı fark bulunmuştur. Yetiştiği yerleşim yeri, tartışma programlarını takip etme sıklığı, değişkenleri ile eleştirel düşünme standartları arasında istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı fark bulunmamıştır. Bireysel girişimcilik algıları çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelendiğinde ise cinsiyet, sınıf, mezun olunan lise türü, iş deneyimi değişkenlerinde istatistiksel açıdan anlamlı farklılık bulunmazken yetiştiği yerleşim yeri değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılık olduğu sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır.
The social information course, which allows individuals to socialize from early age, is an effective course in acquiring entrepreneurial and critical thinking skills. The aim of this study in this context is to study the relationship between the individual entrepreneurial perceptions of the students of the social information teaching department and critical thinking standards. Niğde Ömer Halisdemir University Education Faculty in 2018-2019 educational-learning year, a total of 272 social information teaching department forms the study study group of students. The personal information form prepared by the researchers was used as data collection tools with the "Individual Entrepreneurship Perception Scale" developed by Aybek, Lion, Dinçer and Coşkun Arısoy (2015) and the "Critical Thinking Standards Scale" developed by Yalçin İncik and Long (2017) and the "Critical Thinking Standards Scale" developed by Aybek, Lion, Dinçer and Coşkun Arısoy (2015). The statistical analysis of the data obtained from the research was done using the IBM SPSS 24.0 program and the research was recognized as the level of significance [p<.05]. The social information teaching department has come to the conclusion that there is a meaningful middle-level relationship between students’ critical thinking standards and individual entrepreneurial perceptions in a positive direction. When critical thinking standards are studied in terms of variables, gender, class, type of high school graduated, variables are statistically significant. There was no statistically significant difference between the place of settlement, the frequency of follow-up of the discussion programs, their variables and critical thinking standards. When individual entrepreneurship perceptions are studied in terms of various variables, the result is that there are significant differences in gender, class, high school type, business experience variables, while statistically there are no significant differences in the location variables in which they grow.
