Abstract:

This study was carried out with the aim of determining the opinions of healthcare workers on the point of exchange impact of healthcare services by the Programme of Conversion in Health. Material-Method:The field application of the research was applied to 774 health workers in 284 hospitals throughout Turkey. The research group consists of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, biologists/chemists and health technicians/technicians. The findings:The research found that health workers were positive in encouraging the work of hospital quality certification, making a separate patient examination room (policlinic) for each specialist doctor in the hospitals, enabling patients to choose what they want from the doctors in the same field of specialization working in the hospital, and they found their work towards simplifying the patient registration and documentation processes and organizing the automation. The implementation of the regulations relating to health services provided by the General Health Insurance Act and the implementation of the regulations of the administration of the hospitals of the Ministry of Health, the transfer to the local hospitals unions and the autonomization of hospitals will not be good for health workers. Debate: Health workers don’t find their program practices positive enough for themselves. Considering that health services will be carried out to the existing staff, it can be said that sustainability requires regulations and practices that will allow health workers to perceive the results of the transformation positively within them.
