Results: As a result of the study, personal compliance (PC) scores which is subscale of HKE scores of somatoform disorder subgroups and FMS patients, were found significantly lower than the healthy control group (p<0.05). When the study groups were examined according to the social compliance (SC) subscale, there was no significant difference between all groups (p>0.05). According to the general adaptation (GA) score obtained by the sum of the PC and SC scale scores; general adaptation of the somatoform disorder subgroups and the patients in the FMS group; statistically significantly lower than control group (p<0.05). Conclusion: As a result of the study, it was determined that there were similar personality characteristics including low personal harmony, good social harmony and low general harmony in both the somatoform disorder subgroups and the FMS group, different from the control group.
