Sialolithiasis is the most common diseases of salivary glands and the majority of the sialoliths occur in the submandibular gland. A large extend of the these calculis occur in the 1/3 distal part of the duct and minority of sialoliths are located in the gland or in the hilum. Submandibular gland sialolilith which perforated the posterior part of the mouth floor is very rare in the literature . In this case report we present a giant submandibular gland sialolith which fistulated and discarded to the posterior floor of mouth and rewiewed the literature .
