So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

Abstract:

Sağlık turizmi, küresel turizm pazarının en hızlı büyüyen bölümlerinden birisidir. Dolayısıyla Türkiye’nin bu alanda uygulamaya koyduğu teşvikler, sektördeki yatırımların artmasına ve sağlık turizminin Türkiye’de gelişmesine katkı sağlamaktadır. Selektif konulara verilen vergisel teşvikler daha kısa vadeli ve etkin sonuçlar doğurmaktadır. Bu anlamda Kurumlar Vergisi ve Katma Değer Vergisi yolu ile sağlanan teşvikler Türkiye’nin dünya sağlık turizminden alacağı payı artırıcı bir rol üstlenecektir.
