Descriptive statistics, independent groups T-test, one -way ANOVA analyses and Pearson correlation were used to analyze the data. The total average of self-efficacy and life satisfaction scores of paragliding and trekking individuals are high and they are in order of (32,05± 5,80) and (25,48± 5,62). Findings of the research showed that there is a mid-level significant correlation between self-efficacy and life satisfaction scores (r= ,561 p<0,01). According to   t -test and ANOVA results, there is no significant differences between mean scores of self-efficacy and life satisfaction in terms of gender, marital status and education levels in all groups.(p >,05).    According to results of the research, life satisfaction and self-efficacy average scores of individuals who regularly paragliding and trekking were found to be high.
