Üniversiteler, sürdürdükleri çok yönlü sosyal, kültürel, sportif faaliyetlerle de hem öğrencilerle hem de bulundukları bölge halkıyla bütünleşmektedir. Bir üniversitenin tüm tanıtım ve halkla ilişkiler tekniklerinin kullanılmasının yanında en önemli tanıtımının, öğrenim gören öğrencilerin ve mezunlarının kalitesi ile olacağı açıktır. İyi yetişmiş ve üniversitesinden memnun olan her öğrenci aynı zamanda üniversitenin tanıtım elçisidir. Araştırmanın amacı Amasya Üniversitesi öğrencilerinin üniversitenin halkla ilişkiler faaliyetlerine bakışını belirlemektir. Böyle bir ortamda kamu kurumu olarak üniversiteler, hizmetlerini daha kaliteli sunmak için, hedef kitlelerini doğru olarak algılayabilme ve onları memnun edebilme amacının en önemli sağlayıcısı olarak halkla ilişkilere gereken önemi vermelidirler. Araştırmanın evrenini Amasya Üniversitesi öğrencileri oluşturmaktadır. Evrenden rastgele örneklem yöntemiyle öğrenciler seçilmiş, hazırlanan anketler 445 öğrenci üzerinde her bölümden öğrencinin katılımının sağlanmasına dikkat edilerek uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler istatistiksel modeller kullanılarak analiz edilmiş, tablo haline getirilerek yorumlanmıştır.
The universities are integrated with their diverse social, cultural, and sports activities, both with students and with the people of the region where they are. It is clear that in addition to the use of all the promotion and public relations techniques of a university, the most important promotion will be with the quality of students and graduates who are studying. Every student who has grown well and is satisfied with the university is also a promoting ambassador of the university. The purpose of the research is to identify the views of the students of the University of Amasya on public relations activities. In such a environment, universities, as a public institution, must give public relations the most important supplier of the objective of being able to properly perceive and satisfy their target audiences, in order to provide their services with a better quality. The universe of research is formed by the students of the University of Amasya. By random sampling method from the universe, the students selected, prepared surveys were implemented with the attention to the participation of the student from each department on 445 students. The data obtained is analyzed using statistical models, interpreted into tables.
Universities integrate with both the students and public in the district with social, cultural and sporting activities they organize. It is clear that publicity of a university is achieved mostly with the quality of its students besides all the publicity and public relations techniques. All students that are well educated and pleased with their university are publicists of the university. The aim of the research is to determine the view of the students of Amasya University to the application of the university with public relations. In such an environment, universities, as a public institution, have to give necessary importance to public relations to provide better quality services, to sense target audiences correctly and to please them. The students of Amasya University constitute the population of the research. Students from the population were selected randomly and surveys applied to 445 students ensuring that students from each department participated. The results were analyzed, tabulated and interpreted using statistical models.
