Bu çalışmanın amacı, tekstil çalışanların öznel iyi oluşlarının işe tutkunluk üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu doğrultuda çalışmada öznel iyi ve işe tutkunluk kavramları ilgili literatür çerçevesinde araştırılmış, ardından ilişkilere yönelik hipotezler geliştirilmiştir. Çalışmada ele alınan kavramlar, Sinop ilinde bir tekstil fabrikasında çalışan işgörenler örnekleminde araştırma değişkenleri olarak kullanılmıştır. Korelasyon analizi sonuçlarına göre öznel iyi oluş boyutu ile en kuvvetli ilişkiye sahip boyutun yoğunlaşma olduğunu göstermektedir. Öznel iyi oluş boyutunun korelasyon katsayısı incelendiğinde dinçlik ve adanmışlık ile olumlu yönde anlamlı bir ilişkisi olduğu görülmektedir. Diğer bir açıdan regresyon analizi sonucunda öznel iyi oluş yoğunlaşma, dinçlik ve adanmışlık üzerinde pozitif bir etkiye sahiptir.
The aim of this study is to explore the impact of the subjective well-being of textile workers on job passion. In this direction, the concepts of subjective good and passion for work were studied within the relevant literature framework, and then hypotheses towards relationships were developed. The concepts discussed in the study were used as research variables in the sampling of workers working in a textile factory in Sinop. According to the correlation analysis results, it is indicated that the concentration of the size with the strongest relation to the subjective good forming size. When the correlation ratio of the substantial good size is studied, it is seen that there is a meaningful relationship in the positive direction with devotion and devotion. In other words, the result of the regression analysis, the subjective good form has a positive effect on concentration, relaxation and dedication.
The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of subjective well-being of textile workers on job engagement. In this direction, the concepts of subjective well-being and work-passion are researched in the context of related literature, and then hypotheses for relations have been developed. The concepts discussed in the study were used as research variables in the sample of employees working in a textile factory in Sinop province. According to the correlation analysis results; have the strongest relationship with the topic well-formed size. When the correlation coefficient of subjective well-being dimension is examined, it is seen that there is a significant positive relationship with vigor and devotion. On the other hand, subjective well-being as a result of regression analysis has a positive effect on concentration, vigor and devotion.
