Abstract:

Bu makalenin amacı, adalet kavramını, Wilhelm Friedrich Nietzsche özelinde incelemektir. Bu kapsamda adaletin ne olup-olmadığı kısaca açıklandıktan sonra; Nietzsche’nin adalet-adaletsizlik, hak, eşitlik, ceza gibi kavramlara nasıl baktığı ifade edilmiştir. Adaletin gerçekleşmesinde dürüst olmanın zemini tartışılmış ve haksızlık yapana verilecek olan cezanın suçluyu rehabilite etmesi gerektiği düşüncesi incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızın sonunda Nietzsche’nin adalet erdemine önemli bir yer verdiğini ve bunu zorunlu eşitsizlik temelinde açıkladığını görmekteyiz. Nietzsche için adalet mutlak anlamda gerçekleşmesi zor olan en önemli erdemlerden biridir.
