Abstract:

The purpose of this literature collection is to explore the current developments in relation to the protetic restoration of endodontic therapy applied tooth. After channel therapies applied to the teeth, some problems may arise in the final proteic restoration due to the loss of the vitality and support tissue of the teeth. The restoration of these teeth is applied with root channel support and/or prefabricated post protectors and fiber post systems are used. Thus, the retension difficulty caused by the loss of substance can be removed by post-cor restorations applied by receiving root support. In these restorations, the appearance of complications such as root or post breaks has led to the search for alternative restoration. The developments in Adeziv dentistry have led to the production of partial fixed restorations linked to mine and dentine, which have traditionally been used by post and cor treatment of the tooth and the rest of the tooth tissues as an alternative to restoration. Endocrons, taking advantage of adjective dentistry, can provide acceptable restoration of excessively lost teeth into the root channels without post-application. Excellent aesthetic features can be provided with full ceramics used for restoration. Sims based on resin are recommended for the simulation of these restorations.
