Bu çalışmada; 2008 finans krizinin inşaat sektörü fon akım tablolarına etkilerinin analizi incelenmiştir. İnşaat sektöründeki 2005-20011 yılları arasındaki konsolide fon akım tabloları kriz öncesi ve kriz sonrası olmak üzere analiz edilerek, krizin etkileri incelenmiştir. 2008 finans krizi başta Amerika Birleşik Devletleri (ABD) olmak üzere; dünya ekonomilerini derinden sarsmış ve Türkiye’yi de ciddi anlamda etkilemiştir. Analizde T.C. Merkez Bankası (TCMB) verileri olan; 2005-2011 yılları arasında (2005-2011 yılları dahil), inşaat sektöründe faaliyet gösteren şirketlere ait olan mali tablolardan; bilanço, gelir tablosu, fon akım tablosu ve mali tablolardan hesaplanan oranlar, sektör oranları tabloları kullanılmıştır. Veriler ülkemiz ve inşaat sektörü koşulları göz önüne alınarak değerlendirilip yorumlanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda; Türk inşaat sektörünün 2008 finans krizinden en çok etkilenen ve yara alan sektörlerden biri olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; sektörde faaliyet gösteren şirketlere ait konsolide tablolarından yola çıkılarak elde edilen verilerin analizinde; özellikle kriz ve sonrası dönemlerde; genel olarak kısa vadeli yabancı kaynak kullanımının çok arttığı, şirketlerin net işletme sermayelerinin yetersiz kaldığı, öz kaynak finansmanında yetersiz kalındığı, yabancı kaynak maliyetlerinin arttığı, duran varlıkların çoğunluğunun öz kaynaklar ile finanse edildiği ve finansman giderlerinin de fazlasıyla arttığı görülmüştür. Krizin etkileri krizden sonraki yıllarda da devam etmiştir.

Data of the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT); From the financial statements of the companies operating in the construction sector between 2005 and 2011 (including the years 2005-2011); balance sheet, income statement, fund flow table and the ratios calculated from the financial statements and sector ratios tables were used in the analysis. The data were evaluated and interpreted taking into account the conditions of our country and construction sector. As a result of the study; It was found that the Turkish construction sector is one of the most affected and suffered sectors since the 2008 financial crisis. In conclusion; In the analysis of the data obtained from the consolidated tables of companies operating in the sector; especially in the crisis and post-crisis periods; In general, it was seen that short-term foreign resource use increased, companies' net working capital was insufficient, equity financing was insufficient, foreign resource costs increased, the majority of fixed assets were financed by own funds and financing expenses increased. The effects of the crisis continued in the years following the crisis.
