The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between financial access and education level in developed and developing countries. In this study, two different models were established and the Johansen-Fisher matching integration test, the Full Corrected Small Square Method (FMOLS), the Dynamic Small Square Method (DOLS) and the Panel Vector Error Correction Model according to the Granger Cause Analysis were conducted. The study examines the period 1990-2017 and covers 47 countries. The study found that in the developed and developing economies there is a long-term co-integration relationship between financial access and education level, and in the short term there is no causal relationship. Furthermore, in all the models in which the long-term relationship is predicted, the education level and the financial access relationship are statistically meaningful and positive.
