The general transaction conditions take place in contracts which are used in many areas such as banking, insurance trade, travelling and carrying at the present day. However, there wasn’t any general legal provision relating to the general transaction conditions before The Code of Obligations no 6098. The general transaction conditions are put in order in The Law on the Protection of Consumers no 4077 only for consumer contracts. The Code of Obligations no 6098 made up for the defi ciency. Accordingly, the general transaction conditions are put in order and lined off elaborately between Article 20 and 25. Thus, the legal provisions relating to the general transaction conditions in The Code of Obligations no 6098 are possible to be put in practice for the all contracts which give place to these conditions. The defi nition of the general transaction condition is taken place fi rstly in The Code of Obligations no 6098. Then, the control of the general transaction conditions are put in order in The Code of Obligations. The species of the general transaction conditions are the control for the operation, the control for the interpretation and the control for the content
