Toxic hepatitis is a dosage caused by drug, drug or other substance dependency or idiosenkrazic, acute or chronic liver injury, sometimes deadly hepatic disease.There are often cases of toxic hepatitis associated with Helic herb that is often consumed in the eastern and south-eastern Anadolu region of our country. In this research, for the first time in literature, we intend to present the toxic hepatitis disease associated with Heliz consumption. Method and Requirements: The data of 30 patients who were traced and treated by depositing in our hospital’s gastroenterology service between 2014 and 2018 were collected and analyzed, with a history of consumption of Heliz grain in the last day. The patient’s hepatic function tests were high. In viral serology, the hepatitis markers were negative, except for a patient. The automotive liver disease examinations were normal,brusella and thunderstorm examinations were normal.10 of the patients were sent to the transplant center because they might need a transplant.None of these patients did not need a transplant in follow-up.The whole heal was displaced. Heliz is a well-known plant in the eastern and south-eastern Anadolu region of Turkey, used in a variety of foods, in the production of cheese and turquoise. Although this plant is considered to have various benefits among the people, it is also known that sometimes it can have serious harmful effects. But the constructive effect of hepatotoxicity has not yet entered the literature. Thanks to this study, we believe that the distinctive diagnosis in patients diagnosed with toxic hepatitis will also enter Helic hepatotoxicity.
