The desire for prediction and astrology have been a phenomenon that peoples and civilizations have been closely tracking since ancient times. These concepts have passed from the geographics where the Islamic State runs to Muslims and to the Islamic State bureaucracy as a result of the conquest movements. Despite the expression that Islam is strictly prohibited by the religion and the Hz Prophet, the thought of curiousness about the future and human weaknesses have continued to exist in the Muslim society and between the ruling class of the Islamic states the presence of prophecy and astrology about the future. In particular, the Arab states that existed in the Abbasians and in the Middle Ages Islamic world have shown interest in the scientist (munechism). During the periods of the Abbasians (750-1258), the Fatimans (909-1171) and the Endulus Emevils (756-1031) many monks were appointed in the state palace at different times and by different rulers. In the period of Abbasi, Abu Maşer and Ibn Nevbaht, Ibn Yunus and Endulus Emevils in the period of Fatimah and Ibn Ishaq and Mesma el-Mecrithî came forward. Even sometimes the rulers would make decisions by consulting the monks; a war or peace would not be decided without consulting the monks.
