In this study, the skin, gills, fins and lesions of 18 Goldfish (Carassius auratus) obtained from aquarists in Elazığ were examined macroscopically and microscopically. Ichthyophthirius multifiliis was identified from skin, fins and lesions; Dactylogyrus cornu was identified in the gills of fish. Three aquariums at same volume were prepared for treatment of diseased fish. Anti-parasitic substance (Contra ich) to the first aquarium, temperature variation to second aquarium and methylene blue (disinfectant) to third aquarium were performed. Contra ich 1st day 0.2 ml/10 L, 2nd and 3rd days 0.1 ml/10 L were added to aquarium water. Water temperature was raised to 30◦C at second aquarium. Methylene blue (disinfectant) was initially used 1 ml/10 L and 0.5 ml added a daily change of 5 L. In three days, granulation on the lesion areas and after seven days complete recovery was seen. After 10 days, movements of fish turned out to be normal and improved feed intake at raise of water temperature to 30◦C. Within 10 days granulation on the lesion areas and complete recovery were seen after 15 days.Fish treated with methylene blue recovered completely in feed intake and movements returned to normal after 5 days. Within 7 days granulation on the lesion areas and recovery were seen after 10 days
