Aile İçi Etkileşim Eğitim Programının Ergenlerin Öznel İyi Oluşlarına Etkisi

Bu çalışmada, uygulanan eğitim programının ergenlerin öznel iyi oluş düzeyine etkisini incelemek amaçlanmıştır. “Aile İçi Etkileşim Eğitim Programı” haftada bir gün ve 16 hafta süreyle uygulanmıştır. Çalışma yarı deneysel olarak planlanmıştır. Eğitim programına katılan ergenlerden tek ebeveynli aileye sahip 46 ergen ve tam aileye sahip 46 ergen olmak üzere 92 ergen çalışma grubunu oluşturmuştur. Verilerin toplanmasında Ergen Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği ön test-son test olarak uygulanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde, Kruskal Wallis-H ve Mann Whitney-U testlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, ergenlerin Öznel İyi Oluş Ölçeği puanlarının cinsiyet değişkeninden etkilenmediği belirlenmiştir. Yedinci ve sekizinci sınıf ergenlerin Olumlu Duygular alt boyut ön test ortalama puanları 5.ve 6.sınıfların puanından, tam aileye sahip ergenlerin tüm alt boyut ön test ortalama puanları parçalanmış aileye sahip ergenlerin ortalama puanından anlamlı düzeyde daha yüksek iken bu puan farklarının eğitim programı sonrasında ortadan kalktığı belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada uygulanan “Aile İçi Etkileşim” eğitim programının ergenlerin öznel iyi oluşu üzerindeki etkisinin olumlu olduğu saptanmıştır.

The Impact Of Family Interaction Training Program On Subjective Well-being Of Adolescents

Abstract:

In this study, it was aimed to investigate the impact of the education program on subjective well-being of adolescents. The “Family Interaction Training Program" was instructed once a week for 16 weeks. The present study was planned as quasi-experimental research. Among the adolescents who participated in the training program, 92 adolescents, 46 adolescents with single-parent families and 46 adolescents with both parents, were included the study group. Adolescent Subjective Well-being Scale was used as a pre-test and post-test for data collection purposes. Kruskal Wallis-H and Mann Whitney-U tests were used in data analysis The study findings demonstrated that the adolescents’ subjective well-being scale scores were not affected by the gender variable. The positive emotions subscale pretest scores of the seventh and eighth grade adolescents were significantly higher when compared to those of the 5th and 6th graders and all subscale pretest scores of adolescents with both parents were significantly higher when compared to the mean scores of the adolescents with broken families and it was determined that these differences in scores were eliminated after the training program. It was concluded that the “Family Interaction Education Program” applied in the study had a positive impact on the subjective well-being levels of adolescents.
