Araştırmanın amacı, kümede faaliyet gösteren işletmelerin sahip olduğu işletme kaynaklarının işletme performansı üzerindeki etkisini ve işletme kaynaklarının performans üzerindeki etkisinde ilişkisel sermayenin aracı rolünü açıklamaktır. Araştırma, Eskişehir, Bilecik ve Kütahya’yı kapsayan EBK Seramik kümesinde yapılmıştır. Araştırmada tam sayım yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda 115 seramik işletme yöneticisinden veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizinde IBM SPSS Statistics 22, SmartPLS 3.3.3 ve IBM SPSS eklenti program olan Process Macro v2 kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre işletme kaynaklarının alt boyutlarının işletme performansı üzerinde olumlu etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Ayrıca ilişkisel sermayenin güvene dayalı iş birliği boyutunun işletme kaynakları alt boyutları ve performans arasında aracılık rolüne sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
The purpose of the research is to explain the effect of firm resources owned by the companies operating in the cluster on business performance and the mediating role of relational capital in the impact of firm resources on performance. The research was carried out in the EBK Seramik cluster covering Eskişehir, Bilecik and Kütahya. The complete counting method was used in the study. In this context, data were collected from 115 ceramic business managers. IBM SPSS Statistics 22, SmartPLS 3.3.3 and Process Macro v2, an add-on program to IBM SPSS, were used to analyse the research data. According to the research results, it has been seen that the subdimensions of firm resources have a positive effect on firm performance. In addition, it has been concluded that the aspect of trust-based cooperation of relational capital has a mediating role between subdimensions of firm resources and performance.
