In this study, some member countries of the European Union and Turkey's Occupational Health and safety strategies and policies were compared, the extent to which our country implements these strategies and policies, which elements can be included in OHS strategies and policies, or which strategies can be developed. Cross-sectional scanning model was used as a research method. The official statistical data of the Social Security Institution has been reached. Some EU member states, including Germany, France, Belgium, Greece, Malta, Poland and Turkey, have been informed about the National OHS strategy and policies. Although significant steps have been taken in the field of Occupational Health Safety Law No. 6331 which has been in force since 2013 and subsequent legislation studies have been developed in our country, it is seen that there are factors to consider in the work of determining OHS strategy. EU Member States, Germany, France, Greece, Poland, as well as the Prevention of musculoskeletal system diseases, OHS legislation to cover all employees regardless of the public and private sector, noise exposure and control targets for the National OHS strategy of Turkey within the scope of ensuring occupational health and safety is considered to provide important contributions.
