So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Mycobacterium (M) tuberculosis ve M. bovis'in sebep olduğu servikal lenfadenitis için skrofula terimi kullanılır, fakat bu terim son zamanlarda herhangi bir mikobakteriyel lenfadeniti tanımlamada kullanılmaktadır. Tüberkülozun klinik nitelikleri çeşitlidir ve nonspesifik olabilir. Teşhis genellikle klinik ve radyolojik nitelikler, histopatolojik İnceleme, serolojik testler ve kültür sonucunun bileşimine bağlıdır. Bu makalede servikal lenfadeııit tüberkülozu (skrofula) vakası ve literatür ışığı altında ayırıcı teşhisi tartışılmıştır.
