Abstract:

The aim of this study is to analyze the views of producers receiving drop-watering support in the province of Edirne on the success status, use, legal and economic structure of the drop-watering support program. According to the full counting method, 41 manufacturers who were benefiting from the drop-watering support between 2012 and 2017 were fully surveyed. Factor analysis has been used to evaluate the judgments of manufacturers about dropswashing supports. With the obtained factor loads, the responses producers gave were subjected to aggregation analysis. The 15 variable factors that were found at the beginning were reduced to 4 in relation to the producers' thoughts on the success and achievement of the goal of drop-watering support. These factors have been named "Responsibility with equipment", "Augment of support effectiveness", "Responsibility with support implementation stages" and "Support of support to the region". The 13 variable 3 factors were reduced to the initially included in relation to the problems the producers encounter in the project preparation phase. These factors are called "Problem Related to Project Advisor", "Problem Related to Bureaucratic Procedures" and "Problem Related to Application Procedures". With regard to the opinions of producers on the legal structure of support, the 8 variable 3 factors were reduced to the initial, which were defined as "Reduction of Bureaucratic Transactions", "Regulation and Technical Support" and "Views on the Support Act". Drop watering support is considered a support tool that is highly satisfied by manufacturers and is required to continue.
