Simmental breed, 3-year-old pregnant with a calving jack to give birth to a calf in the wrong intervention because of arteria uterine media fragmentation resulted in death. Twin calves were brought in agony, breathing difficulties but the necropsy of the one who died and clinical examination of the other one which looked more favorable were made better view. The necropsy and clinical examination of both calves revealed that the chest cavity was observed in the left thoracic region in the size of the head of a child. When the chest cavity was opened at necropsy, the lung lobes were found adhered on the left side. When the lungs were separated from the abdomen, it was seen that the aperture thoracic cranialis 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th sternal costa were broken and the broken ends were stuck to the lungs. Radiographic (latero-lateral and dorso-ventral graph) examination on the necropsy material and histopathological examination were performed. It has been determined that the death was caused by gangrene pneumonia caused resulting from the sticking of the broken ends of the into the lung. Information about the other twin, which received clinical treatment from the animal owner, was also reported to have died after 4 hours of treatment due to respiratory distress, and the necropsy of the calf was not performed because it was not taken.
