Abstract:

A 28-year-old woman who developed a left foot burning after a blast was advised on the development of sudden eye symptoms on the same day. The sighted vision levels of the mature were 0.00 and 0.69 with LogMAR on the right and left. The intraocular pressure (GIB) values were 7 mmHg on the right, 4 mmHg on the left. In the biomicroscopic examination, the right eye was in normal appearance, the left preferred conjunctival hyperemia, corneal punktat epithelyopathy was present. The right eye was normal at the dilate fundus examination. The left favourite optical disk was normal but a little pigmented in the look of the macula. In the patient's three-day monitoring, the vision levels were 0.00 with LogMAR on the right, 0.04 on the left, and the right eye macula was normal in the fundus examination, and the left eye maculopathy was present. The patient's left eye developed an iridoscrytic attack 3 months later and the left eye cataracts were found to develop in the 5 months following control. The 12th month checked the level of vision bilateral 0.00, the spinal pressure was normal. The level of left eye cataracts has not been observed. Bilateral images were normal.
