The climate of the school is an important factor that determines the quality of education-training. Noise, ruining the school climate, decreases the productivity of education-training activities. The aim of this study is to evaluate the views of elementary teachers about the level of noise pollution at schools, its reasons, effects and control. The study is a qualitative research and designed in the pattern of phenomenology. Within this frame, it is attempted to reveal the knowledge, experience and views teachers have about noise pollution at schools. As a result of the research the views of teachers regarding noise pollution at schools were grouped under seven themes. These themes are as below “the level of noise at school”, “the meaning of noise pollution concept”, “the reasons of the noise at school”, “the place and time in which the noise increases”, “the reactions teacher give to noise”, “the educational, physiological and psychological effects of the noise”, “the views of teachers to decrease and avoid noise”. It is remarked that the statements teachers uttered most were “the reasons of the noise at school” and “the educational, physiological and psychological effects of the noise”
