So many results that aren't mine?

6356 sayılı Sendikalar ve Toplu İş Sözleşmesi Kanunu’nun 25. maddesinde sendika üyeliğinin güvencesi düzenlenmiştir. Kanun’un 25. maddesinde açıkça işe alım sırasında, iş ilişkisinin devamında ya da iş akdinin feshinde, sendikal ayrımcılık yapılamayacağı belirtilmiştir. İşçi, sendikal ayrımcılığa maruz kalırsa ve bu hususu ispat edebilirse sendikal tazminata hak kazanabilecektir. İş sözleşmesi feshedilen işçi ise işe iade davası açabilecek ve sendikal tazminata hak kazanacaktır. Bu çalışmamızda sendika üyeliği güvencesi, dört bölüm halinde incelenmiştir. Çalışmamızın birinci bölümünde “sendika kavramı ve sendikal özgürlüğü” incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde “sendika üyeliği, şartları ve sona ermesi” hakkında düzenlenmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde “sendika üyeliği güvencesi” incelenmiştir. Dördüncü bölümde ise “sendikal nedenle feshe ve sendikal nedenle feshin yaptırımlarına” yer verilmiştir.

Assurance of trade union membership is regulated with the 25th article of Trade Unions and Collective Agreement law Numbered 6356. The 25th article of the law clearly expresses that there can not be a discrimination against employees because of their union during the employment of the worker, the duration of the work and the cancellation of labor contract. If the worker is exposed to union discrimination and can prove this, the worker will be entitled to union compensation. The employee whose employment contract is terminated can file a reemployment lawsuit union compensation. Assurance of trade union membership, has been reviewed in four different sections. In the first section of our article, "trade union concept and freedom of the trade union" have been examined. In the second section "trade union membership, union membership terms and union membership expires" have been examined. In the third section "assurance of trade union membership" have been examined. In the fourth section " trade union termination and sanctions of the union termination" have been examined.
