Abstract:

Sentetik kannabinoid kullanımı tüm dünyayı olduğu gibi ülkemizi de tehdit eden önemli sağlık sorunudur. Sentetik kannabinoidler çeşitli bitkiler ve kannabinoidlerin karışımıyla elde edilmektedir. Bu ürünlere kolay erişilebilir olması, ucuz olması ve rutin toksikolojik taramalarda saptanamıyor olması ergen yaş grubunda istismar amaçlı kullanımına yol açmıştır. Bulantı, kusma, terleme, taşikardi, hipertansiyon, göğüs ağrısı ve bilinç değişikliği gibi fiziksel etkilerinin yanı sıra; ajitasyon, anksiyete, algı değişikliği, halüsinasyon ve panik atak gibi psikoaktif etkileri de bulunmaktadır. Bu yazıda bonzai kullanımı sonrasında akut bilinç değişikliği ve bradikardi gelişen bir ergen hasta sunulmuştur.
