Abstract:

In the preference of textile products that are in contact with human skin, comfort is an important parameter. One of the most important parameters that determine the comfort is the fiber content of the textile product. Luxicool fiber is a relatively new raw material, and is claimed by the manufacturer company that provides excellent humidity and heat transfer thanks to its polymer structure. In this study, the effect of the luxicool fiber in the production of binding and the use of rubber tissue has been tested objectively and subjectively. In addition to the standard product produced with PA 6 and PU wire in a bandage manufacturer, new bandage production was carried out using PET/luxicool mixed wire. It also includes PA 6/luxicool, PA 6.6/luxicool, PET/luxicool, PET/PET and PA 6.6/PA 6. The six-storey clothes are filled with clothes. The bandage and tissues have been tested for explosion strength, climbing, heat characteristics (heat conductivity, heat resistance, heat cooling), thickness, water steam passivity, air passivity and dynamic drilling ratio. At the same time, the bands are used to people who have intense physical activity, compared with the general comfort, softness, dryness, coolness parameters survey. As a result; in the sample containing luxicool fiber compared to the other sample, the values of air permeability, water steam permeability, heat conductivity, heat coolness are higher. In the sample that does not contain Luxicool fiber, water steam resistance, heat resistance, dynamic drilling rate, thickness values are higher. According to surveys, bands containing luxicool fiber showed better performance than other bands. The most significant difference is achieved in the drought parameter.
