Abstract:

This study focuses on the reasons for the combination of religious education with the correct use of digital media. 1 . In order to be able to talk about the needs of today’s children, it is necessary to address and clarify the phenomenon of religious education that cannot be separated from the course and order of daily life. Because religion is close to the everyday lives of children and young adults, strengthening the conformity of religion means demonstrating that the use of digital environments such as technical media is nothing beyond the conformity of religion and that all members of modern societies are extended to the real worlds. The fundamental relationship with the ground of ultimate reality does not leave anything beyond its limits. Due to the capacity of visualization and the logical structure that can be presented in a very simple way, digital media offers extremely useful tools in terms of religious education. Religion is not a solid and objective form of belief. In addition, a lot of effort should be made to obtain sufficient information about the situations to be interpreted from a religious point of view. The ability to successfully use the information in different situations is the key to understanding what qualification is. "Qualification" is a regulatory idea, in corporate and official environments (school, university, etc.) The idea of learning appears to be increasingly transformed. We have had the opportunity to acquire experience in computer-supported religious learning at Frankfurt Goethe University since 2005. Through the evaluation, we can prove the usefulness of computer-backed religious learning and its benefits for religious education in educational institutions.
