Yüksek Öğretim Kurulu’nun son yayımladığı üç programın ders ve kredi sayıları Alan Eğitimi, Meslek bilgisi ve Genel kültür bakımından programa olan katkıları incelendiğinde alan eğitimini oluşturan derslerin, ders sayılarının ve kredilerinin giderek azaldığını görmekteyiz. Bu çalışma amacı Resim İş Öğretmenliği programında yer alan, Alan Eğitimi, Meslek Bilgisi ve Genel Kültür derslerinin programdaki yükleri ve öğretmenlik mesleğine olan katkılarını öğretmen görüşlerine göre incelemektir. Araştırmaya Ağrı ili ve ilçelerinde 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapan 104 görsel sanatlar öğretmeni katılmıştır. Çalışmada Nicel araştırma yaklaşımlarından tarama yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada veri toplama aracı olarak Resim iş öğretmenliği Lisan Programını oluşturan tüm dersler, öğretmenlere her bir dersin meslek hayatına yaptığı katkıyı soran 5’li liket tipi bir ölçeğe dönüştürülerek elde edilmiştir. Lisans programında bulunan dersler lisans programı kapsamında belirtilen alan eğitimi, meslek bilgisi ve genel kültür olmak üzere üç ana bölüme ayrılmıştır. İlgili veri seti kullanılarak her bir dersin hangi alana girdiğine yönelik faktör analizi yapılmıştır. Faktör analizlerine göre ilgili derslerin Resim İş Öğretmenliği lisans programında belirtildiği gibi üç bölüm altında toplandığı görülmüştür. Bu bağlamda ilgili derslerin toplandığı bölümlerin toplam puanı alınarak bağımsız örneklemler t testi ve tek yönlü ANOVA analizleri yapılmıştır. Buna göre Resim iş Öğretmenliği lisans programında okutulan alan eğitimi, meslek bilgisi ve genel kültür derslerinin öğretmenlerin meslek hayatına katkısının cinsiyete göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olmadığı görülürken, görev yaptığı okullara ve mesleki tecrübeye göre anlamlı olarak farklılaştığı ortaya çıkmıştır. Buna göre ortaokul ve güzel sanatlar liselerinde görev yapan öğretmenlerin ve görev süresine göre daha tecrübeli öğretmenlerin alan eğitimi derslerinin meslek hayatına daha fazla katkı sağladığına yönelik düşünceleri istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmuştur.
We see the number of courses and credits of the three programmes last published by the Higher Education Board when the contribution to the program is examined in terms of field education, professional knowledge and general culture, the number of courses and credits that form the field education are increasingly decreasing. The purpose of this study is to examine the burden in the program of field education, professional knowledge and general culture courses and their contribution to the teaching profession according to the teacher’s opinions. The study included 104 teachers of visual arts who worked in the 2018-2019 educational year in the Pain and districts. The study used the scan method from the Nicel research approaches. All the courses that form the Picture Business Teaching Lissabon Program as a data collection tool in the study are obtained by converting teachers into a scale of 5 liket type that asks the teachers about the contribution of each course to the professional life. The courses in the Bachelor's programme are divided into three main divisions, including field education, professional knowledge and general culture, specified within the Bachelor's programme. The relevant data set is used to analyze the factor to which field each course enters. Factor analysis has shown that the relevant courses are gathered under three sections, as indicated in the Picture Business Teaching bachelor's program. In this context, the total score of the sections in which the relevant courses were collected was taken by independent samples t tests and one-way ANOVA analyses. According to this, the field education, vocational knowledge and general culture courses taught in the work program have shown that the contribution of teachers to the work life is not statistically meaningful according to gender, and that the task has varied significantly according to the schools and professional experience in which they work. According to this, the ideas of teachers who work in high school and high school arts and more experienced teachers in terms of their mandate period have been statistically meaningful that field education courses have contributed more to the professional life.
