So many results that aren't mine?

FREKANS ÖTELEMELİ ANAHTARLAMA KULLANARAK OPTİK MODEM TASARIMI

Abstract:

Frekans ötelemeli anahtarlama (FSK) kullanılarak modüle edilmiş sayısal veriyi bir LED ve bir fotodiyot kullanarak bir vericiden bir alıcıya optik olarak iletmek mümkündür. LED’in verdiği ışığın şiddeti içinden akan akım arttıkça artmaktadır ve darbeli çalışmada LED’den nominal doğru akımının çok üzerinde akım darbeleri akıtılabilmektedir. Bu nedenle LED, darbeli FSK akımı ile sürülebilir. Bu çalışmada, ilk olarak LED’in darbeli FSK akımıyla sürülmesi ve alıcıda bir FSK diskriminatörü kullanılarak FSK işaretinin demodüle edilmesi olanakları araştırıldıktan sonra bu amaca uygun devreler tasarlanmaktadır. Daha sonra, ürettiği darbeli işaretin LED’den yüksek akım darbeleri akıtmaya uygun olduğu belirlenen mevcut bir tümdevreyle bir MODEM tasarımı daha yapılmaktadır.
