Bu çalışmada hadîs ilminde önemli bir yere sahip olan Süleymân b. Yesâr’ın hayatı ve hadîs ilmindeki konumu ele alınmıştır. Çalışma giriş ve iki bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde; Süleymân’ın yaşadığı dönem ve çevrenin yanında mevâlînin hadis ilmindeki yeri ve Süleymân b. Yesâr ile aynı adı taşıyanlar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde; Süleymân b. Yesâr’ın hayatı ve ailesi, ahlaki ve ilmi kişiliği ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde; hadîs alanında önemli bir yere sahip olan Süleymân b. Yesâr’ın’ın hocaları ve talebeleri, rivâyet ettiği hadîslerin içerik bakımından tasnifi, ulemânın Süleymân hakkındaki görüşleri ve Kütüb-ü Tis’a’daki hadîslerinin sayısı ve değerlendirilmesi ele alınmıştır.
In this study, the life of Sulayman b. Yesar who has a great position in the study of Hadith and his position in this field has been issued. This study consists of an introduction and two chapters. In the introduction, the place of the slaves in hadith science as well as the period and the enviorenment Suleyman lived, and we give information about Suleyman and the ones who carry the same name. In the first part, Süleyman’s and his family life, his identity information, and his moral and scientific personality. In the second part, we give information about the teachers and the students of Suleyman b.Yesar who has an important place in the hadith science, the classification of the hadiths he quoted in respect of content, the opinions of the scholars about Suleyman b.Yesar, and the interpratation and the number of the hadiths in the al-Kutub-u al-Tis’a.
