Aşağıda çevirisini sunacağımız metin, ilimler tarihçisi Fuat Sezgin’in Arapça Kültür Tarihi (GAS) adıyla yazdığı ansiklopedik eserin fıkıh ilmine ayrılmış bölümünün giriş kısmıdır. Fuat Sezgin burada, İslami ilimlerin çeşitli dallarında yazılmış birçok kaynaktaki işaretlerden hareketle, diğer ilim dallarında olduğu gibi fıkıhta da yazılı tedvin hareketinin oldukça erken bir dönemde başlamış olduğunu iddia etmektedir. Sezgin, sahabe ve tabiin dönemlerine ait parça parça da olsa birçok metnin, diğer kitaplar içinde bize kadar ulaşmış olduğunu göstermekte, bu konuda yeni araştırmalar için ışık tutmaktadır.
The text that we will present its translation below is the entrance to the section dedicated to the science of the encyclopedic work written by science historian Fuat Sezgin under the name of Arabic Culture History (GAS). Fuat Sezgin claims here, by moving from the signs in many sources written in the various branches of Islamic sciences, that the movement of written therapy in the fiction, as in other branches of sciences, began in a very early period. Though the pieces of the periods of intelligence, self-righteousness and nature show that many of the texts have reached us in other books, it keeps the light for new research on this subject.
