Yüz on iki olguda (% 60,9) akut biliyer pankreatit saptandı.
In this study, we aimed at evaluating the patients followed by the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis (AP) from the point of view of etiology and complications. From 2005 to 2010, 184 patients diagnosed with AP in our hospital were reverse examinations. The demographic characteristics of the incidents, laboratory findings, screening results, severity of the disease, prognosis and the time of hospitalization were recorded. The relationship between the severity of the disease and the ethological factors, age, gender, period and prognosis was studied. The number of male patients was 79 (42.9 percent), the number of female patients was 105 (57.1 percent) and the average age was 55,5±17,01. In one hundred and twelve cases (60.9 percent) acute pancreatitis was detected. Heavy pancreatitis was observed in 50 cases (27.2%). The mortality rate was 3.8 per cent (7 cases). There is no connection between the severity of the disease and demographic characteristics and laboratory findings. Mortality and infiltration period were higher in the severe group (p< 0,001). AP is a major clinical problem that may be fatal. The ethology is very diverse and why it is a stone of yellow cutting. In determining the severity and prognosis, computer tomography is an appropriate indicator of the severity index.
