The purpose of this study is to try to understand how mobbing affect the work and private lives of the female managers who worked at universities in different places and on different dates or still work by means of researching their mobbing experiences in the business environment. For this purpose phenomenological research approach, one of the qualitative research approaches, was used. The research was carried out with women volunteers and the life experiences of five mobbing victims were heard from the first-hand. Three interviews with each participant were separately conducted in all. Each one took nearly 20- 30 minutes and in this process the participants were asked to answer 15 open-ended questions. It was understood from the statements they made that the mobbing experience which they were exposed to while they were serving as managers negatively affected each of their work and private lives
