Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to study the relationship between school climate, employment alienation and organizational citizenship behaviors according to the perceptions of primary school teachers. The universe of research is made up of 1223 teachers who are working in 126 primary schools related to the Ministry of National Education in the 2020-2021 educational and teaching year in the central districts of Erzurum. The sample of the study consists of 347 teachers identified by the layer sample method. The study used data collection tools as “School Climate Scale”, “Employment Extraterrestrial Scale” and “Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale”. According to the research, the general perceptions of primary school teachers about the school climate are high, the general perceptions of foreigning to work are very low and the general perceptions of organizational citizenship behavior are very high. From the lower dimensions of the school climate, democracy and dedication to school, leadership and interaction, success factors, intimity dimensions and employment alienation are meaningful in the negative direction; the school climate has been seen to have a meaningful relationship in the positive direction between the scale of conflict and employment alienation. According to the results of the Regression analysis, the lower dimensions of the school climate scale have shown that the employment foreignization and organizational citizenship behavior are significantly influenced.
