Abstract:

The purpose of the study is to study the impact of organizational identity perception in hospital employees on the level of organizational commitment. In this context, the research was conducted with 120 employees working in the Hakkari State Hospital. The data of the study was collected by the Organizational Liability Scale and the Organizational Identity Perception Scale. The analysis of the study was carried out with the independent sample T test, ANOVA Pearson Correlation Analysis and Regression Analysis. The research finds that the patient’s organizational identity perception and organizational commitment, emotional commitment, continuous commitment and normative commitment have a positive and medium-strong relationship. In addition, the organizational identity perception has come to the conclusion that the organizational commitment, the emotional commitment, the continuous commitment and the normative commitment have a positive impact on the organization.

Araştırmanın amacı; hastane çalışanlarındaki örgütsel kimlik algısının örgütsel bağlılık düzeyi üzerindeki etkisinin incelenmesidir. Bu bağlamda araştırma, Hakkâri Devlet Hastanesi’nde görev yapan 120 çalışan ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmanın verileri Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği ve Örgütsel Kimlik Algısı Ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın analizi Bağımsız Örneklem T Testi, ANOVA Pearson Korelasyon Analizi ve Regresyon Analizi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda hastane çalışanlarının örgütsel kimlik algısı ile örgütsel bağlılık, duygusal bağlılık, devam bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılık arasında pozitif yönde orta kuvvetli bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bunun yanında örgüt kimliği algısının örgütsel bağlılığı, duygusal bağlılığı, devam bağlılığı ve normatif bağlılığı pozitif yönde etkilediği sonucuna varılmıştır.
