The connection between the trigeminocervical system and headache is the most common considered connections in Neuraltherapy procedures. Trigeminal nerve and upper cervical point injections, and segmental quadell injections are often used in Neuraltherapy practice. When considering connections between the pathophysiology of headache and; cervical trigeminal nuclei, the upper cervical nerves, the dura mater and all connected structures within the segment; these injections will emerge once again how important they are. It should be considered that GON and LON blockade will provide contribution to the success of pain treatment
